This package includes 10 somatic therapy sessions that are guided and facilitated to bring you into connection of your mind, body and spirit through the use of the 5 channels of awareness (mind, imagination, body, sensations, emotions). This technique is extremely effective at bringing your attention and focus inwards in order to address inner emotional blockages and to move stuck fight, flight, and freeze energy through your system. I blend somatic therapy with shadow work and have witnessed beautiful results with an immediate client noticed benefit.
